Would recommend, and would stay...

Liked: Large comfortable clean room. Excellent food!!Lovely location.

Not one for me, overpriced...

Liked: A very nice location
Disliked: It was very overpriced for 3* accommodation, the room was noisy whenever someone walked past the door or another door closed. It felt like everything had been done on the cheap and the price paid was not reflected in the type of accommodation. There was a staff shortage when we went so the restaurant service was not good, we had one course which took 90 minutes from arrival to departure, we waited so long for a waiter to order dessert we gave up and I had to go and ask for the bill. Overpriced food as well. Glad to get out and take pictures of the loch, harbour and seals.

Liked: Location was exceptionally good and views for our bedroom and from the restaurant were breathtaking.The room was warm and comfortable and the facilities were clean and modern. The food in the restaurant for our breakfast and evening meals were great

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful...

Liked: Excellent hotel, lovely restaurant, very friendly staff. We were lucky enough to see an otter from the bar area! Expensive during the high season, but that's typical on the NC500. The fresh mussels from the Loch were fantastic.
Disliked: My only complaints were the cold bathroom floor - but there is not much that can be done about this. Also, the supplied hairdryer was very dusty and should be cleaned as it could be a fire hazard!
