Location is good but needs...

Liked: Location is ok near mall luxury shopping KaDeWe and shopping street and metro close
Disliked: No cleaning room, no change of towels, lift is between floors, suitcases must be carried up or down the stairs, poor breakfast choices for 10.5 euros per person

Liked: the apartment is large and very clean, the staff is very friendly, the location is good, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby...satisfied. great price
Disliked: I have no complaints...I stayed there for a short time and I have nothing to complain about

Good price to quality ratio

Liked: Comfortable room, big enough for people with simple requirements, good price quality ratio. Good sound isolation (unfortunately that is uncommon in cheaper accommodations)
Disliked: Construction works on the floor. But didn't bother too much.

Liked: Really great location right next to the u-bahn, lots of restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered great tips for parking. Also appreciated the convenient laundry service
