Superb

Liked: Clean and comfy bed. Good location and complimentary coffee. We were able to get early check-in by changing our room.
Disliked: Small room and a little bit of street noise but not too bad.

Liked: Comfy, quiet, right by everything we needed. Plus unlimited free coffee!
Disliked: We paid for breakfast included in our trip, but we threw it in the bin, as it was completely inedible
