Liked: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they offered good recommendations for local restaurants as well as helped make bookings. The location is also fantastic, close to tram stops and supermarkets, without being loud.
Disliked: The room was quite small, as was the bathroom.

Disliked: Breakfast not included. For such a boutique hotel, with such small layout, and “close” atmosphere, I’d recommend that the hotel offers its little breakfast buffet to all guests. It would be inexpensive, and a very nice touch to the atmosphere of Krisotel.

Liked: I liked the stuff. The guys on the reception desk were very pleasant and responding. Room was clear, everything worked well. Nice hall with tables and 24/7 coffee and tea included. Tasty breakfasts with almost everything you need.
Disliked: My wife insists on there was a smell from the carpet in our room. But I couldn't catch it, so we did nothing with it.
