It was okay for what...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean
Disliked: Arrived and charged us £16 tax then asking for more money of £50 deposit without telling me the lift was very up and down and small other than that it was quite a mid experience and no where near the city centre so not ideal expensive to get their.

Liked: We had a great stay! Everything was super clean, just like in the photos — the hotel looks exactly the same in real life. The location is also excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked if it was possible to change our room from one facing the courtyard to one with a street view. They immediately offered us a few options, which we really appreciated — even though we eventually decided to stay in our original room, it was great to see how accommodating they were.We also really appreciated the climate control system in the room — the thermostat was easy to use and made it super comfortable throughout our stay.The room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome during our stay.Honestly, everything was great — we’d happily stay here again!
