Disliked: The kitchen in the room is locked by default, and unlocking it costs €15 per day — nonsense! As I've never encountered this policy elsewhere. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Liked: This was our first visit to Berlin, and thanks to this hotel, it became truly special! Absolutely everything — from the warm welcome and friendly staff to the clean, cozy, and comfortable room — was perfect.A special thank you to Gabriella and Lee for their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything we needed.The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby, and it’s easy to reach the city center. Breakfasts were delicious and varied.We truly felt like valued guests. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Berlin!

Perfect stay

Liked: Rooms are high-tech, well designed and clean. The hotel restaurant is absolute pinnacle. We will make this go to hotel for us every time we visit Berlin.

Liked: Modern,very clean, free mini bar as a bonus, good location and quite area. Good restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: Staff at the réception is not welcoming and supportive. The breakfast is very expensive but not worth it.
