Liked: The property was very clean, staff members were friendly.
Disliked: Only one elevator is working, the hot tub also didn’t work. There was a person still staying in a room that they checked out of the day before and a family had booked. Not sure how that happened but I found that very odd.

Liked: What I like about the property most is Bernice. She went above and beyond to help me and my family and also others with a comfortable stay.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the facility is all the different attitudes and the mistreatment of customers that is satisfaction from the higher up. I would say to replace the higher up so that it can have better control in that facility and things will be better. I saw so many customers coming in thanking Bernice for her services and also thanking her for coming into work because they hadn’t had satisfaction unless she was there.
