really nice!

Liked: large selection of fresh kosher foods, salads, deserts and main courses etc. Room was large, very quiet with double layered windows. Bed was really great, very comfortable with great pillows.less than 15 minutes walk to old town square.

Wonderful Kosher hotel with exceptional...

Liked: The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful.. they explain everything properly. You also get a suprise welcome drink in their lobby bar.. The room was huge, spacious and comfortable.. It had everything one would want from a room, a latest TV with apps, a mini-bar, a coffee maker and kettle, soft comfortable beds with fresh linen and blankets.. there were water bottles in the room for use.. The toiletry products were also of high quality.. the breakfast was expectional with great varieties of food.. and the staff was super helpful and even recommend us the specialities we should try. The hotel also has a pool and spa that you can use.
Disliked: There is nothing to complain about. Our trip was wonderful.. Only one point I would like to raise - please check the opening hours of pool/spa beforehand. We stayed for 3 days. On the last day we wanted to spend time and enjoy the pool/spa but it was closed that time and we couldn't get a chance to go in. So don't do the mistake we did. Ask for it and plan for it. I am sure the pool/spa must be equally wonderful.

Good Shabbat Meals and Location...

Liked: Some of the Shabbat dishes were truly delicious. The location is excellent – central and convenient. The staff we encountered were generally friendly and cordial. While the rooms are a bit dated, they were comfortable overall. However, the extra bed provided for our daughter was extremely uncomfortable and couldn’t be used properly when opened.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers, seemingly taking advantage of being one of the few kosher options around. The mikvah was not functional, despite being advertised. A major frustration was around the meal discount policy: we had five additional meals (lunches and dinners), and according to the hotel’s information, this should have entitled us to a 10% discount (each meal was €60). When we asked about it, the receptionist said the discount only applies if dinners are taken every night — even though we did have five meals in total. He refused to credit us or even contact a manager initially (it was before 8 a.m.), and only after insisting did he call the manager, Stephan. Unfortunately, Stephan refused the discount outright and only agreed to “investigate” the claim. This kind of treatment left us deeply frustrated. It felt more like a rigid policy trap than hospitality. For those who keep kosher, it feels like there’s little choice – and the hotel knows it.

Very good

Liked: The wide variety of gourmet kosher food was amazing. Also the convenience of having a shul in the hotel made the stay extra special.
