Great location, room too small....

Disliked: No fan, ventilation or any air system. Sofocating and hot. The room is small and tight. It looks like the upgraded it at low cost.

Loved to see the tip...

Liked: Free Caffee/Tea/Water, the view from my room, friendly staff, uncomplicated checkin
Disliked: the elevator is very very slow :D

Great Stay

Liked: Comfy beds, bright room, very big for a group of three. Great location, pretty much walking distance to most areas. Staff were very helpful and overall had a great experience here.

Terrible staff

Disliked: Staff (especially the elderly lady) was very rude. Also the air-conditioner wasn’t working in the room. When we said about it, they said they will refund 20% of our stay, but because we stayed in the room 50 min. more, they decided to refund only 10%. When we were chatting on whatsapp about this, they didn’t come forward with the solution. Really bad experience for our wedding anniversary! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Liked: Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Located within few minutes of a Metro stop.
Disliked: Room air conditioner not functioning although a fan was available. For a longer (and hotter) stay, this would have been problematic.
