Liked: Wasn’t expecting much for a quick and last minute stop at a motel and was pleasantly surprised! I thought the aesthetics were cute, and LOVED the in room ice maker. There was relaxing music playing when I arrived, and cookies waiting for me on the bed. I’ve never stayed some place that had a towel big enough for me, so definitely loved the massive bath towel! There was a fire pit outside and if I didn’t have an early morning I would have loved to enjoy it.
Disliked: The Bible material was not in my taste and felt a bit much, but to each their own. The cookies were quite dry, but 30 seconds in the microwave and they were good as fresh baked.

Family and pet friendly stay

Liked: Yes nice stay. Great for families and was pet friendly for our dog. The staff was very nice. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Okay for price, but not...

Liked: People were nice. Room adequate. Bed comfortable. Coffee maker in room. Toiletries nice. Property nice. Expect standard noise in early morning from traffic because the motel is on the highway.
Disliked: I don't normally complain this much.. we got one of the not updated rooms which is okay but not that clean. Bathroom floor old and sticky and slight odour of urine, mirror had splashes from previous guest, found used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, wood headboard didn't look like it had been dusted in years, lots of very old finger marks on door, carpet cleaning suspect - definitely saw stuff on the floor that didn't come from us! Towels were an odd collection for two people, with one barely adequate size white bath towel and one enormous green bath sheet, two brown face cloths and only one hand towel. Couldn't get heat to work, just air conditioning. Sad because our traveling friend got a lovely new updated room. Recommend asking for a renovated room or spend an extra $10 and stay at the next cheapest motel in Bonners Ferry.
