The Parsenn and Jakobshorn Cable Cars are within a 5-minute ride with the local bus that stops right outside. A voucher for one entry to the public Swimmingpool Eau-là-là is provided. Disappointing experience with a 4...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The room wasn't what we have booked and gave the feeling of staying in a dark bunker. Room wasn't cleaned and arranged and even I have asked the room cleaning to change the battery on the remote controller for the TV, nobody did the job as expected from a 4 Star hotel.Very disappointing!!!

Perfect stay!

Liked: Hotel Kongress an option that never disappoints! Very comfortable stay, cosy rooms, warm, perfect location, delicious breakfast with plenty of options including chef cooked omlets according to personal taste. Convenient access to storage room for your skis.
Disliked: Parking requires advanced reservation, a bit pricey but typical for Davos.

Great Hotel for a fair...

Liked: Great Hotel, Room was just a bit too warm for my taste. A lovely feature is the full sized Bathtub if you are into taking a bath. Supermarket is just over the street and the bus stop around the corner.

Liked: My second stay at this hotel. Great breakfast! Large comfortable room. Clean and quiet, slept well. Convenient situated at the main street, in the center of Davos. Bus stop to the ski-areas right outside. Supermarket at the opposite side of the street. Good value for money (got a discount).

The hotel looks nice but...

Liked: The location was great and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, suitable only for back sleepers. The mattress was covered in a plastic bag under the bedsheet, making one sweat. I had to remove it and remake the bed. The pillows were very bad too. The carpet was stained.
