Disliked: The technology to get into the hotel was a problem

Liked: I did not realize when booking but the hotel has no reception staff and is self-check-in. It was no problem and easy to open door with code then get room key from machine.Location very good for old town.Very good price.
Disliked: One reason to choose the hotel was it advertised parking. But it is not private parking - it refers to underground public parking nearby.No fridge in room.

Wonderful

Disliked: No air conditioning.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Perfect location for visiting Köln.
Disliked: The auto check in was a little fiddly. There was no hot water in the shower. No air con, so being on the top floor in the peak of the summer heat was a little uncomfortable. The cold showers helped!

Superb

Liked: Location right in the centre, we couldn't ask for more. The bed was comfortable, the shower pleasant and there was a separate kitchen with a desk and a small terrace, so the space allows two people to sleep/work at the same time or have their private corner if needed. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: Since it's right amidst bars, especially in summer if windows are open , it can be noisy. However, there is good noise isolation if the windows are closed.
