Liked: Only the location of this hotel is near seaside in Kona.
Disliked: I definitely think it is a motel rather than a real hotel, but you must pay $20 for a day if you park your car.

Liked: Natalie was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice green view from the balcony of a little oasis between the two buildings. Good location for walking to the oceanfront and shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The room was a little dark, but I suppose that helps keep it cool.It would be nice to have a microwave and drinking water in each room instead of having to go down to the laundry room for them.As with any tourist city, be aware that there are homeless people hanging out in places. They seem mostly harmless, but one guy did jump out and try to scare me at dusk, as a joke. I just said “Why in the world would you want to do that?” and he moved on 😄

Liked: Secluded. A/C worked fine; ceiling fan was soothing. Location to pier.
Disliked: NO seaside view. NO elevator. NO breakfast. NO Internet. The hallways were dimly lighted. The shower/tub hot water knob got extremely HOT. Shocked with the extremely few amenities associated with the exorbitant rate.
