Liked: Price for the breakfast was great and unbeatable, staff super nice and helpful, great location, clean and clear, nice atmosphere inside.
Disliked: The A/C in my bedroom was a little weird, it was very humid inside the ambient, maybe bc the a/c

Unexpected bad service

Disliked: The service was really bad . No answer when we called several times and seemed the employees had no clue of what was happening in the hotel when we asked for a simple housekeeping task as to change sheets the answer was that they were gone for the day [ we contacted them at 2pm) also they told us that we had to pay for the housekeeping of the room and extra 9 dollars I ve never stayed on a hotel that will charge for such thing. Also when booking the hotel online ( they don't take reservations when you call .... ) the breakfast was included ,after we arrived we were told the opposite and they charged us anyways ... very modern hotel but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the staff. Also the food at the bar is not up to the standards .

Pleased but not thrilled

Liked: It was a very nicely designed hotel. The room was unique with it's concret walls and ceiling and open bathroom.
Disliked: Only one of the elevators was working and it was slow and warm. You had to pay extra for the breakfast and it wasn't special; it wasn't as good as you would get for free at most hotels. Nothing was complementary: you had to pay for everything. There wasn't a microwave in the room.

Disliked: The hallways have no ac and they had only one elevator working and it seemed like people were always waiting for the elevator and they had no wash clothes I had to purchase my own
