Very good

Liked: The personel was very friendly.
Disliked: The location is a bit off the center and it's not so easy to find restaurants that are open a bit later in the evening. By foot from the station, count for 15-20 minutes.

Completely apathetic and unaccountable staff....

Liked: The hotel itself is fine. The staff, however, are useless.
Disliked: Upon check-in, I was told to park AFTER a bush and to use the EasyPark app, as it was supposedly all public parking. I followed their instructions, paid over 130 DKK to park overnight, and woke up to a 510 DKK parking ticket for being in the wrong zone.When I brought this to the front desk, a different receptionist admitted I had been misinformed by her colleague - as I had to park BEFORE the bush. She shrugged it off, saying there was nothing they could do. No apology. No compensation. Just indifference.I had to figure out myself how to contest the ticket online. Even when I asked for a simple written statement to support my case, the hotel refused to help.

Liked: Great new property feel with all t he basics in place
Disliked: Some of the games at the reception are long overdue a change. The pack of UNO cards were so dirty that they belong in the trash.The breakfast is repetitive and needs a little changes

Worth to stay

Liked: Everything was super ready for us - clean, personel was helpful with huge smile on their faces.

Comfortable friendly hotel close to...

Liked: Modern, clean and friendly.Great breakfast, free tea and coffee in the lobby ( no kettle in the room). We had a room with a balcony overlooking the car park which was quiet. Good AC.Comfy beds. Nice park next to the hotel which you walk through to get to the train station.
Disliked: We chose to use the luggage lockers at the train station as the hotel charges a large fee to drop off luggage early before your room is ready.
