Liked: Pools were epic
Disliked: It was very costly to bring the kids and grandkids

Has become just average which...

Liked: We really enjoyed ourselves the first 3 trips. This time for our 30 the wedding anniversary we did not
Disliked: There was no staff around the pool areas to monitor the kids playing ball in the infinity pool where my wife was hit twice in the face with the ball. The hot tube was also the same as we were only able to use a couple of times due to all the kids. We where also surprised as we watch parents place there kids on the wall at the infinity pool hold them with zero staff to say anything. Then I was really shocked as once we did see staff as she was taking drink orders from people in the pool when my wife went to order she was told she needed to be seated. Very childish and not sure if we will ever go back.

Liked: Room size
Disliked: Room view - island view = view over road. Villa room = apartment. Some areas of the pool were falling apart (hot tub) & booking.com failed to inform us of a 1000 usd increase in price from when we booked so a very nasty surprise when we arrived. Overall the hotel feels over priced.

This resort has everything you...

Liked: Everything! When you come into the lobby, it is lush and you know you are in Hawaii! The rooms were amazing and we even had a washer and dryer. The staff was so accommodating! The pool was rated the best in America three years in a row! The restaurant was wonderful. It couldn’t have been more perfect!
Disliked: The only thing I might change is, we couldn’t use our streaming devices on the TV.

10/10 would stay here again!

Liked: The grounds and pools were amazing! Our 2 bedroom/2 bath apt. with ground floor patio was everything we could have hoped for. Full kitchen, laundry and more….
Disliked: Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.

Great villas and facilities for...

Liked: Beautiful pool. Great location with restaurants and shops close by. Friendly staff. The 2BR villa was huge and exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Mattress was too firm.

Disliked: I can't fault anything

Quiet, relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Liked: Very comfortable (except the hard sofa). Wonderful kitchen, bedrooms,baths and comfy beds. All hotel staff, including housekeeping, were pleasant and competent. All staff frequently greeted us with Aloha or Mahalo upon meeting. My wife really liked the swimming pool and did her daily walking therapy there.
Disliked: 1. The hard living room sofa and only one TV offered any streaming channels (and it only offered 4 streaming services). I suggest adding ROKU to all three TVs.
