Hotel Cologne 2020: Friendly Staff...

Liked: I've had a wonderful stay at Hotel Köln 2020! It's definitely worth mentioning how friendly and hospitable the staff were; they instantly made you feel welcome and were always respectful. It was also nice that they tried to speak English, which isn't always the case everywhere. The relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire hotel made me feel right at home, and the room was spotlessly clean. And a big plus: no curfew hassle, which gives you a lot of freedom. I would definitely come back here!
Disliked: Areas for Improvement / SuggestionsMy only minor suggestion for improvement, which could benefit future guests, is related to the room's electricity. It would have been helpful if they had proactively asked if it was my first time staying in a hotel, or briefly explained the principle of inserting the key card into the wall slot to activate the electricity. It's a small detail, but it could save new guests a moment of confusion upon arrival.

Liked: All staff was very very helpful specially Mr David is excellent person to help me for all issues to solve immediately by his personal engagement even what was his not responsibility but he did, also by telephone he try to follow to give me information, specially this hotel is very very clean, I hope I will stay in this hotel in future

Liked: Well customer service at the reception for sure since they speak Polish as well as German and English There is also a free access kaffemachine what I really liked
Disliked: Well I know outside the apartments there are glass bottles with water but would like to have one in my Apartament with a cap.

Welcoming and Friendly

Liked: Really friendly staff creating a nice atmosphere. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Easy access to public transport to get into the city.
Disliked: The tea and coffee facilities were in the hallway and unfortunately were switched off in the late evening (probably because of the noise the machine makes) this meant there was no hot water available for a late night cup of tea!

Hidden treasure for a cozy...

Liked: The hotel is a cute getaway, conveniently located and has great staff. We really enjoyed the helpful attitude of all hotel employees, they made us feel very welcome at the place. We had a quiet room and very much enjoyed the breakfast and „home-style“ feeling you get at the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing- it was a very cute hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Very good

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful! The guy from reception was really nice in our checkin. Explained everything in details and provided us an extra chair for our room (my husband and I were working remotely) without any problem. The breakfast is honest. Nothing special but enough to start the day. The room is small and there is no AC (at least my room). The location is great - very close to public transport. I would recommend this place, specially because the staff. They know how to do customer services!
