absolutely amazing, everyone so welcoming...

Liked: everything you possibly needed was there within reach, even has a starbucks

Not very good, but nice...

Liked: Good location for what we needed
Disliked: We had our room cancelled from the hotel near by and they booked us in to knowsley inn, On arriving we wad told we had 2 rooms that we had not booked but was told they need paying for after a stressful time they just took for the one, then was told we had not paid for breakfast, but we had, we was there for a concert and worried when we got back that we would be charged for another room, it was such a mix up

Liked: The reception service! Specially Adam , Liam and the rest of the front desk , the housekeepers
Disliked: The location into the city.

Reasonable place to stay with...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful with things like booking taxis.
Disliked: There was little change in the till when I went to the bar in the afternoon, so got it in 50ps and 5ps, frustrating, but not terrible. The bar wasn't open after we returned from a concert, also frustrating, but not terrible. We had inconsiderate guests next door who were really loud, again a bit frustrating at 1am. The bathroom looked really grubby, I think it was due to the grout needing a really good clean.

Needs more work doing on...

Liked: The bedroom was nice, bathroom bits missing and lose fittings. Looks like things are still only half done.
Disliked: The restaurant food was poor. I have stayed here on a couple of occasions, and the rooms I have had have been hit and miss...well more a miss. The restaurant food was quite good in the past, but gone down hill.
