Stayed for 1 night

Liked: The room was clean and there was no noise of whatsoever once inside.
Disliked: Staff having some decency to knock on the door instead of opening the door with master key. A staff just open our door when we were inside, we were so surprised, she just ignor our irritation and said she came to give a water glass which seems very suspicious. This was a bad experience, we avoid any conforntation as we do not want to discturb our daughters mood as she was playing crucial tournament. It kept my wife awake whole night, as she feared the intention of the person.

Great room size and location...

Liked: Room was huge
Disliked: Noisy. Room was next to the top of the stairs and door kept banging. Was woken at 2am on a Tuesday by someone having a heart to heart outside my door.

Very good

Liked: Stayed 2 nights (2 bookings) First nights a 3rd floor room. 2nd booking was on the 1st floor. Unknown to me, the bed upgrades have only taken place on ground and 3rd floor. 2nd booking was a little disappointing - much smaller double bed.
