Great stay, we will book...

Liked: Friendly staff at front desk, very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious and convenient location. Easy parking
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. However they did offer to get us one but they didn’t have coffee to go in it

Disappointing

Liked: Room itself was sufficient and clean. Very convenient location.
Disliked: Overpriced for a motel. Once booked, I was asked if I wanted to upcharge to have a private bath. WTH! I didn't realize any motel these days would not have a private bath. Afraid of the alternative, I paid the upcharge to ensure having a private bath. Beadspread was thin and an odd fabric that wasn't soft. Our stay came with some very weird and uncomfortable experiences. We sat out on the porch to relax and a guy wearning pajama bottoms, bare feet, carrying a backpack kept trying to chat with us and others (maybe looking for buyers?). Then a woman a few rooms down came out and asked if anyone was diabetic, that someone in her room needed medicine and drug stores were closed. Later after going inside and it was dark out, a woman and two men were talking loudly and flirting obnoxiously right outside our door. And if that wasn't enough, there was a kid upstaris that continually kept running across the floor, back and forth, which went on until almost 11:00pm. Even though overpriced, it was cheaper than the other 2 places we stayed at on our trip and I was trying to justify spending more on the other places (waterfront) by staying cheaper this one night. I will never make that mistake again. Life is short, comfort and enjoyment will come first next time!

Disliked: Noisy, uncomfortable bed, dreary room , people smoking outside doorway, loud voices, overpriced, thin walls

Nightmare! Completely appalled.

Liked: No one was removed from the grounds in an ambulance or police car while we were checked in. Only good thin was that no one bothered my truck while I was on the Charter boat for the morning. I was concerned it would be vandalized.
Disliked: Everything! No dead bolt on the door. The beds frames were twisted and the mattress worn so thin the springs could be felt. The T.v. was 30 years old and the picture damaged with a white bar through the center of the screen. The mini fridge had sustained extensive damage to the door and hinge. As a result the door did not close properly so It wouldnt keep our food/drinks cold. Bathroom was deplorable. Fixtures came off in hand when attempting to turn on the shower. Grout stained rust brown like poorly cleaned old blood. Towels dirty, stained and had hair everywhere! Window ac unit moldy and kept shooting a clean filter alarm. Even after I pulled the filter and cleaned it. Dark moldy stains on the ceiling. Dry rotten tack paper inside the drawers provided for clothing. Charging $225. Per night to stay in a building that should be condemned, is nothing short of a crime! I would like a full refund, will never stay again nor refer anyone else to do so. I strongly suggest you disassociate with this buisness!!!

Liked: The pool was the nicest part.
Disliked: We were accidentally booked in a smoking room which wasn't good for my elderly mother, but they were very accusatory and rude and blamed me. They wanted to charge an extra $50 for a nonsmoking room which doesn't even make sense because it takes more to clean a smoking room than a nonsmoking room.The staff was rude and condescending. But it was the weekend and late in the evening and there were no other vacancies in the area so we had no choice but to stay.This place was not very accommodating. They didn't even have coffee in the lobby.There were people congregating outside the rooms drying their clothes on the seats in the common area which wreaked of cigarettes, against laws about smoking in public spaces. The sidewalks are crumbling which wasn't safe for anyone, but especially my elderly mother.

Not going to go back.

Liked: It was very close to the beach and boardwalk area. Less than 2 miles.
Disliked: The room felt dirty. I did not want to walk barefoot in the room or the bathroom. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was an ash tray in the room. People were outside their rooms smoking and hanging out. This was not a location I would bring my family back to. Also, the cost was not worth the overall discomfort of being on this property.

Liked: The place was very clean, the pool was wonderful and very clean. Staff was friendly! They have a fridge and microwave in the room. Just wished the had an electric automatic shut off water pot so we could make coffee. Thats ok ill bring my own next time. Absolutely was happy with our stay here.
