Liked: Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Hotel is lovely , situated on the loch . Food is always amazing and they are happy to cater for food intolerances.

Disliked: The room was smaller than expected & the mattress/bed was extremely high & difficult to get on.

Liked: The house is absolutely beautiful. Our room had the most beautiful view of the locke .....the breakfast and evening meals were delicious and cooked fresh local produce...the staff were so helpful cheerful and obligingly..nothing was too much trouble...we had our little dog Daisy with us and they loved her ......I can certainly recommend this hotel..and we will be back ..as soon as we can possibly can

Liked: Staff were great. The building is stunning. Food was great. room was very comfortable
Disliked: The tea and coffee facilities were below the standard expected. The toiletries that are promised on booking weren't there.
