Liked: The hair dryer was broken and it was mounted on the wall. They did not have any extra. So wet hair in winter…but it was not a big issue as they are always very polite and friendly.We are now staying two nights (31 July - 2 August). The room was how we left off this morning and no fresh towels. They instructed to put towels on the floor if we wanted the fresh ones. So we did and we needed to wipe the water on the floor which came out from the shower anyway. No shampoo etc because we used up the tiny tube.We can make our own bed and clean our dishes but we cannot wash our towels as there are no laundry facilities. The reception is closed so we will not see them before we leave tomorrow. Very unsatisfied for the first time :(

Liked: Greeted by friendly staff, accomodating and super helpful. Room was clean and tidy, great for the price I paid. Right across the road from Alexandra Park.

Liked: Location was great, sky tv was a bonus. Room was warm with the heat pump and bed comfortable.
Disliked: Personal preference but a firmer pillow would have been better for my sleep. The room needed a bit of Maintenance (show door handle loose, power sockets coming away from wall).
