Disappointing

Liked: The spiral staircase out front.
Disliked: It was dusty in both rooms. One room wasn't cleaned. Bodywash bottle in the shower half empty with a bar of soap that was broke in half. The bed wasn't made up, only the covers pulled over. The other bathroom had vomit splatters all over the wall by the t.p.. In the closet some crackers remain. Our keys to our rooms stopped working after one night. The railing outside is loose.

Disliked: The guy used a rag to clean the toilet then proceeded to wipe the dust from tv and tables in room with same rag from toilet cause room was dirty and hot tub didnt work and wasnt told tell i got in my room.

Horrible treatment by the staff...

Liked: Nothing . This hotel is awful . Seriously disgusting ,no phone everything is dirty and the staff are just downright mean .
Disliked: That I found out I had a death in my family and when I asked for a late check out the guy asked what room number THEN said no late check out so I?m trying to extend my room so I could at least figure out what to do next and the guy came pounding on n the door @11:04 and even though I was literally naked demanded we exit right that second!!!!! After my friend told him we weren?t coming out naked and wanted to extend the room , he told us no just to Check out !!! Also we saw a domestic violence incident in the next parking lot and had to call the police but couldn?t use the room phone since it was sitting with no cords. Not attached to the wall at all. The young guy who checked us in was beyond rude and they had lost my reservation and it took nearly an hour to get our room . Disguising room, filthy tub, shower was broken and spraying the entire bathroom soaking wet. Just the worst experience ever .
