Liked: The recepitionist was polite.
Disliked: I reserved the room online. I arrived at 11 PM. I showed the paper reservation to the receptioinist. However, she said there were no rooms due to flooding, and that headquarters should have sent me an email with the refund. I did not receive the email then or today. I spent the night at the Motel 6 across the street. She gave me a penciled number on a small piece of paper that shows the "refund" code. I never received an official, printed document. She did make a phone call to verify that I could not stay there.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning work excellently
Disliked: Stayed here a few times in the past every time I stay its always peaceful except for the night of 6/6/18 when at 1am 2 people were right outside my door arguing when I called the office no answer. I also wish you would put the coffee pot back in the room

Disliked: Room was disgusting. I did not stay and couldn't get refund.

Disliked: Had a smoking room no ashtrays and no coffee pot was told at front desk because I'm staying overnight only the new owner does not want to put coffee pots in the rooms the clerk was nice and gave me a pot anyway

Liked: The only problem we had was our tv. It nvr worked. We had told 3 people about it but it was never fixed. Other than that we loves the hotel. The beds were so confortable I wanted to take them home

Disliked: The lights did not work in the bathroom. The front door would not close. They hardly gave us any towels. It took 20 minutes to check in. We were suppose to have a King size bed and they gave us two doubles.

Disliked: I did not use this Hotel would REALLY LIKE to have my money back as I seen Scary stuff going on in parking lot so I went down the road to the Baymont which is rated the same with saver clean rooms.

Liked: Stayed here for a convention in the downtown area. Great place. Easy highway access. Right next to Denny's. Everything I needed was right there. Clean. Would stay again.
