The location was probably the closest we could find to the venue. The convenience store next to the hotel is handy. It's definitely NOT a place I would ever choose to stay for luxury or amenities, but it beats a campground, for sure. The room was very clean which was a relief. The walls aren't well soundproofed but other guests were quiet and we all slept soundly. Bring your own pillows if you're at all picky about pillows. These were a bit firm. It's a practical place to stay. Don't expect any extras.
Liked: The girl at the front desk was very helpful when we needed bedding for our pull-out.
Disliked: The appearance of the place seems a little grimy upon first impression. The carpets need to be redone and our toilet seat was a bit wobbly. The waffle machine wasn't very good at making waffles.

Not a bad location or...
Liked: I liked the location and the simple yet comfortable layout of the room.
Disliked: I didn’t like when staff at the front counter called our hotel phone multiple times between 3 and 4am. Completely unreasonable and inappropriate timing. The issue was with my payment method. I understand the concern and wanting to get that sorted out asap, but multiple calls at 3am during our 1 night stay was unnecessary to say the least.

Very good
Liked: A/C didn't work when I checked in, but desk clerk came to room right away, got on her hands and knees and figured out it wasn't plugged in!. We stayed at this hotel so we would be close to Gorge Ampitheater for music festival the next night. After we checked out, staff willingly turned TV in lobby to requested channel so we could watch Indianapolis 500 before we left for the concert. Thank you!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Customer service. The manager made a mistake of some kind with our key cards, and then proceeded to report us to law enforcement for trespassing, who arrived and became rather confused by the whole debacle. We requested a refund which was refused, and then we left. The owner contacted us the following day and (only after a firm request) gave us a refund. The manager behaved ridiculously, but the owner made up for it to some extent.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The "breakfast" was terrible..The same 3 items every day, room temperature food.No butter or jelly for the buscuitsbiscuits, for the coffee or any other options. The room next for had their TV blasting all day and night, when we asked the front desk to have them turn it down they said our room number complained and would like it turned down.
