I will NEVER BOOK THIS...

Liked: Nothing !! I booked this room for my daughter (and son-in-law) for her 30th birthday,to stay here after a concert at Gillette Stadium. They ended up checking out at 2am absolutely disgusted with the dirty room & scared due to another guest screaming and causing such a scene that the cops were called. I paid $170 for a nasty, DIRTY, DISGUSTING ROOM that IM SURE staff wouldn’t even stay in. Cigarettes burns in the bedding, stains on the sheets, an actual cigarette left on the door frame above the bathroom, holes in the walls, visible dirt everywhere, a FILTHY FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE. DO I NEED TO SAY REFUND?? I am BEYOND Disappointed and disgusted. Especially because this was a GIFT!! DO BETTER!!
