Disappointing

Liked: We stayed here for just one night while attending a work event nearby. The location was good, the staff was polite, and they kindly upgraded our room from smoking to non-smoking without extra charge, which we appreciated.
Disliked: The overall stay was quite uncomfortable due to a major insect issue.After returning from dinner, we found a swarm of insects right outside our room door—large and scary ones. A few flew inside the room as we opened the door. As someone who is terrified of insects, this completely ruined my night. I couldn’t sleep at all due to anxiety and discomfort, constantly feeling like something was crawling on me. While the room looked decent at first glance, the lack of basic pest control made the stay unbearable. I understand the rooms were out in open and the insects attract light bulbs but this is something the property has to take care of.This could have been a good experience, but the insect issue and lack of immediate response from Booking.com left us deeply disappointed.

Liked: Poor. A lot of bugs inside the room, no towel, no ac, toilet were not cleaned. Asked staff and they said no housekeeping can be done at that time.
