Disliked: The lady at front desk was extremely rude. Telling me I she couldn’t give me the room due to not being able to charge third party card. Told me I should not have went thru third party.

Staff has horrible customer service....

Disliked: I initially intended to only stay for one day. My travel plans changed due to flight being cancelled. At 10:00 am I received a visit from office staff not housekeeping asking if I was leaving, on the phone with flight reservations representative at this time but I advised them yes. I ask if they accepted ApplePay, and I then went online and rebooked the room for another stay. The older lady at the counter became very irate by me doing this. She called me a liar and thief and said that I should not have completed this way. I immediately became a bit pissed off by her staying a blatant lie. I had no idea that the cost was different but more so trying to pay them for another stay. She started yelling and at that point I offered to pay the difference which she declined but just kept calling me a liar and a thief.

Very uncomfortable.

Liked: The front desk person was nice, very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room was dated.

It was a nightmare after...

Disliked: A very dirty facility, dirty bedsheets, the bathroom was dark and filthy. Smelling smoke (weeds) in the room while they have a policy of non smokers… disgusting place!

Ok but not great.

Disliked: Room could've been more up to date.
