Disliked: The Lock door on my room got stuck and I was inside the room

Liked: Easy access to the interstate. Desk clerk was knowledgeable and quick
Disliked: I there no bath towels in the roomAnd when asked to get towels they did not have any. Had to use two hand towels to dry off. It was hot and took awhile to cool the room down good enough to fall asleep.

Liked: The location was convenient
Disliked: The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though they were non smoking, the shower pressure sucked, and the water would go from hot to cold really quickly, there was mold in the bath tub around the fixtures. Not all of the lamps worked. There were not enough electrical wall sockets. There were roaches (not many but still gross). The beds were not comfortable at all, and there weren't enough pillows. Our toilet got clogged, and the front desk lady wouldn't give me a plunger. She said their maintenance guy would fix it while we were gone. We were gone for about 11 hours, and when we got back, it hadn't been fixed. My husband then went to the front, they gave him the plunger. They charged an extra fee for my SERVICE DOG (not emotional support animal) my actual service animal who provides alerts and support for my medical disability.
