We did not stay. Want...
Disliked: We did not stay & want a refund. The desk lady gave me the key card to see if the room was acceptable before paying. It was not! No A/C in over 90 degree weather. Street people walking around and staying there

Room was not excepted. Could...
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. There were roaches in the room and bugs in the bed. Amenities were not all available. Keycard wouldn’t work most times. Sheets and pillowcases had stains. Pool was not attended to, so unable to use it. Fitness center was not available as listed.
