Close to campus and affordable

Liked: Close to campus and clean.
Disliked: I have stayed here before and the only issues have been staff-related. Last time the front desk guy ignored me to chitchat with another guest about sports and stuff. It was very rude. This time the staff members smoked right outside the lobby and my room was right next to the lobby so it was coming in my heat/AirCon. The breakfast could be better. Very limited.

Liked: The bed was decently comfortable and for where I needed to go for work, it was the best location-wise. It also has a lot of food options very close by. The people who work at the front desk were all very nice.
Disliked: This isn't a "traditional" hotel. All the rooms face the outside and if you are in one of the rooms facing the road, it can be loud. The sound travels very easily between rooms and if you don't have respectful neighbors you will not easily sleep.

Liked: Good location and good value.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The refrigerator made a loud humming noise. You could hear the TV from the next room as if it was in our room, and it was left on all night. There were gaps around the door and the traffic was loud. It felt a little dingy; the walls needed new paint. The breakfast was not great.

Liked: We traveled from Grand Rapids Mi! Booked online! Got to the facility and viewywhat we thought the pictures online presented us was absolutely not what we seen in person! Long story short we never stayed after viewing the room we booked online! And I’m trying to get my refund of my money! At a place I never stayed at! I definitely need my refund! Unsatisfied customer!!

Liked: heater was set on auto, heat and 68, but was going on and off constantly every minute throughout the night, had to turn it off til morning to get some sleep
Disliked: the heating unit operation
