Liked: The location by the beach was perfect breathtaking view from the balcony.
Disliked: The room had roaches, bed sheets had holes, cracks in the door it was a bad experience all over had roaches crawling on our bed.

Disliked: The room was like wet the whole time there was holes in the carpet the carpet was super dirty. The sliding glass door didn’t really latch up correctly. The couch they had in there was visibly dirty. The blanket or comforter had burns all over it even when I asked for a non smoking room

Liked: The room smelled horrible, cigarette smoke. I complained and wasn't even given an apology. Another visitor was also complaining about the cigarette smoke coming thru the vents. One housekeeper said it was from room 214, that he is a heavy smoker & he has to cover his face when cleaning the rooms. I have Asthma & from Thurs to Sat it was horrible. I had to spray Febreeze to help with the smell. Never again

Liked: I booked my stay because I'm a domestic violence victim. I just moved to corpus to get away from my abuser. I picked up a temp job and was waiting for my pay to hit my account. I explained my situation to the manager and he insisted on me paying the full rate of my booking. I had no problem making the payment but because of my situation I had to switch my bank and everything over . I stayed outside of my room until 2 pm talking with the manager. I had to call a family member to borrow the money to pay for my room until my paycheck hit my account later that day. I felt unsafe being outside the room .there was no concern of my situation.hotel owners should be aware that domestic violence is very serious. If someone stay at their establishment for their safety then the hotel should try and help that person in every safe way possible. Please take domestic violence serious. It can happen to male and female.
