Liked: The staff was really friendly up front and they were more than willing to help fix our TV. The staff the staff was very polite
Disliked: Basically the hotel the beds were out of date big time the springs were broke down in them and just overall it was just a nasty situation the hotel had a mild odor in it all the walls were painted extremely bright colors the paint was smeared everywhere

Liked: Location was nice.
Disliked: Room was dirty and run down. Stains on the furniture, bed comforter. Per hair on sheets. Room smelled. I ended up leaving early because I didn't want to sleep in that bed. Was charged a $30 deposit that was not mentioned when booking room.

Liked: Staff was great. They just took over hotel on June 1 2023. See my other review earlier
Disliked: Would have been nice to have had a ice machine

Liked: Very friendly staff.

Liked: NOTHING! They say there are coffee makers in the rooms, there wasn't a coffee maker in our room. Had to change rooms, the 1st room, there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the bed wasn't made. EXTREMELY DISPLEASED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSETTLING
Disliked: mgr/owner,unprofessional.The day we were leaving,I went out to get coffee because he refused to make some said it was after 9am.He then walked in on my wife who was in the room,said he thought we checked out,she had to push him out 4 him to leave!

Liked: I thought the room was clean and nice looking. Nice view.
Disliked: Staff yelled at me and called police, because I didn't check out after they had told both me(in their office) and my husband(on their phone) on Friday that an extra night(saturday) had been paid. Left in tears, feeling judged and shocked at their behavior

Liked: Price and value for your money

Liked: The location and view of the mountains were amazing. The front desk staff was really friendly and personable.
Disliked: There was mold on the ceiling inside the door. The Interior doors were filthy. The toilet did not flush properly. Our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. There were Cigarette burns on the comforter. Missing outlet cover behind the bedside table.

Liked: The birds! And the very friendly staff.
