Good

Liked: The colors mixed well for the room to make it feel warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed the setup of the room and how close trashcans were to the room.
Disliked: The knobs to the shower were broke, so you had to spin them about 4 times each just for the water to come on. I didnt like how small the bathroom was either.

Liked: Room was cleaned everyday. Had all I needed for the stay and it was quiet for a great price

Liked: Nothing, it was disgusting, I was afraid of staying in the room, with my husband and dogs. It was so gross that I refused to stay in the room, we had to find a new hotel room after traveling with 2 dogs and my elderly mother.
Disliked: The whole facility needs to be cleaned up and refurbished, there was mold, cracks in the light switches, stains on the sheets. I bet if you looked hard enough on the property you would find needles and syringes...it was very scary.

Knights Inn was an Exceptional...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable, it was great to have a refrigerator & freezing cold air conditioning. With parking right outside our door, it was nice & for transport of our luggage. Good water pressure and housekeeping.
Disliked: The sofa sleeper was so badly worn that we couldn't use it for sitting. It felt like we were going to fall thru to the floor and the frame hurts the back of our legs. So it was just a luggage holder. The floors were also in need of repair- they were uneven in the bathroom. It was also 95 degrees this weekend. One of our deciding factors of hotel selection was the beautiful pool on the website. About 30 minutes before we arrived, I received an email saying that due to the outbreak of Covid, there would be no housekeeping, no lobby continental breakfast or coffee and the pool is closed. I have 2 more complaints: the ice machine worked, but was filthy/moldy- that's enough to make anyone sick-if you go there, buy ice at the gas station that's walking distance from the front door and for those who are handicapped, requiring a chair or walker assistance, the bathroom door is entirely too narrow. If you do go here and book a room, test the bathroom door before accepting the room. It would've been nice to receive a discount since the pool was shut down.
