I would LOVE to have my $$ back!! It was just that BAD!

Disliked: I HATED our stay! DIRTY ROOMS,food was on the floor of our room AND the eating area! I only continued to stay because ALL other hotels were full for event at the Alerus Center I needed to be at. I WON'T stay there again. I recommend ANYONE to stay ANYwhere else. Simple GOOD housekeeping would clear up the immediate problem. Gutting out the rooms would take care of the rest. I'm sure that WON'T EVER happen.

Recommend for travel needs

Liked: Staff was fabulous.
Disliked: Cleaning crew used straight chemical on floor and left it sticky. Need to clear water mop as last process.
