Knights Inn And Suites - Grand Forks

I would LOVE to have my $$ back!! It was just that BAD!

Disliked: I HATED our stay! DIRTY ROOMS,food was on the floor of our room AND the eating area! I only continued to stay because ALL other hotels were full for event at the Alerus Center I needed to be at. I WON'T stay there again. I recommend ANYONE to stay ANYwhere else. Simple GOOD housekeeping would clear up the immediate problem. Gutting out the rooms would take care of the rest. I'm sure that WON'T EVER happen.

Disliked: Very run down and dirty but could tell the housekeepers really try to clean rooms very nice!

Liked: This place is gross. Don't recommend it. We booked this place because the pictures looked decent but it was nothing like the pics. Had a bad smell and looked dirty from just walking in the front door. The staff was no help in canceling. We left and stayed someplace else and ended paying with no refund
