Knights Inn And Suites - Grand Forks

I would LOVE to have my $$ back!! It was just that BAD!

Disliked: I HATED our stay! DIRTY ROOMS,food was on the floor of our room AND the eating area! I only continued to stay because ALL other hotels were full for event at the Alerus Center I needed to be at. I WON'T stay there again. I recommend ANYONE to stay ANYwhere else. Simple GOOD housekeeping would clear up the immediate problem. Gutting out the rooms would take care of the rest. I'm sure that WON'T EVER happen.

Great hotel for the price.

Liked: Good price, fast food restaurants and gas stations are close by. Room was well equipped with soap, shampoo, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc.
Disliked: Furniture old, some construction around the parking lot during daytime.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was dirty and had numerous maintenance issues from leaking plumbing, cracked toilet seat, non working lights, and non working heater.

Disliked: Didn't stay long enough to dislike anything aside from no cream cheese for the bagels in the breakfast.
