Used to stay here all...

Disliked: Poor service by staff and absolutely no service recovery from management. Pleasant on the surface level, but only to placate and make you go away. There was no follow-through with agreed-upon actions. When attempts were made to follow up with management, they were ignored. This was until the Better Business Bureau became involved, which, of course, then dissolved any goodwill. Unfortunately, it was the only way to get any response.

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: Unique rooms, kitchenette in our room was so convenient, location was great
Disliked: I appreciated that there was a parking lot but the $250 deposit was a shock. It really needs to be told before check in that the deposit is that much.
