A cosy, peaceful room with...

Liked: Excellent location-central but quiet and peaceful.Friendly, helpful welcoming receptionist. Warm , cosy and clean room with luxurious shower and fabulous Arran soaps and toiletries. Let the tea-making facilities and the delightful Scottish Shortbread generously provided. We were delighted with this hotel stay.

Liked: The front staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was available, but we did not partake. location was also great
Disliked: Are room was extremely small.Also the bathroom could be spruced up with old stained tile.

Disliked: Third floor room and no lift. Poky sized room - very hot although window could be opened. When window open, noise from lorries making deliveries.
