Disliked: Went here at 3am in the morning after getting discharged from hospital no one was there rang the people and they said they shut At 10:30pm but still took the money and wouldn't come out to check us in so had to wake my 70 year old grandparents up to take us back to Grimsby

Liked: Quiet location and convenient for our visit to family nearby. Room was clean.
Disliked: The motel didn't have a record of our booking and so our room had been allocated to other visitors. We arrived at 6pm which is within the standard check in times for the property. There was a room available for us to use but it did not match the description of the 'Deluxe Double Room' that we had booked. The bathroom sink was very small, had no hot water and no plug. The shower had been switched off at the fuse box. There was no TV in the room. There was no window in the room apart from a skylight. The doors were marked and the door to the hall was partially covered with a foam substance. We often visit family in the area but would not use this location again.

Liked: Good location near town center
Disliked: Not pleasant staff, not friendly. No heat and windows left open so room was freezing cold, no towel second day rang to ask for and got a very rude reply go to the kiosk and get one!! Male staff don't want to deal with women! Found it racist.

Budget room that is functional...

Liked: Free wifi worked well. Easy of check in. Good location easy to find and free parking onsite.
Disliked: Shower room smelled of dampness due to extractor not working and room heater was not working
