Maybe best to avoid booking...

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful… the receptionist helped me with my bags, going up the stairs to the room, as was having problems with my back & leg.
Disliked: There was a birthday celebration in the bar, situated right below my room. Loud music and a heavy bass beat reverberated through the walls, making sleep impossible until 1am, when it finally stopped. The receptionist on duty, was sympathetic but unable to do anything.

Liked: Absolutely loved the location and the warmth of the room
Disliked: The placement of the toilet to the shower, it created a closed space limiting movement within the bathroom, other then that, it was a lovely stay

convenient location, but overpriced considering...

Liked: the bed was comfy, was very conveniently located, and the staff were helpful. good fridge size and extra pillows and blankets in the room.
Disliked: the floors and walls were hollow and could hear everything - both upstairs, downstairs and on the stairs. no lift was inconvenient with luggage. the room itself had many impractical elements: the only light switch for the celiling light was at the door, only one side had a bed side light and it was broken - there wasn’t outlets near the bed. the bathroom layout was bizarre and didn’t have any room for storage or a place to store your toiletries. the breakfast isn’t at the hotel it’s down the road however was very good.

Disliked: Breakfast venue - thought breakfast would have been help yourself with cereal etc disappointing.. food ok but they menu limited & lots foods not availableNo lift made it difficult
