Excellent value and location for...

Liked: The location was excellent. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Not too far from airport and Circular Quay.Excellent value for money.Hotel held all 5 rooms for a long period of time.Reception staff were excellent. Booked a minibus for us from reception to Circular Quay. Prompt and efficient service.
Disliked: No lift for baggage. Not really a problem but a little inconvenient if you have a heavy bag and located on the third floor.
