Kip Hotel

Hotel for one or two...

Liked: The price was good compared to other places in London. Being close to two overground train stations was very handy.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the bedding was dirty. Poorly functioning internet and equipment (TV and streaming platform device frequently freeze). I had a slightly different idea of free coffee and tea at the reception desk. You have to ask the receptionist every time to make coffee or tea. It would be better if there was a coffee machine there so you could make it yourself. The room had air conditioning that didn't work. It's just strange to me that the hotel doesn't try to fix it, instead declaring that they don't offer air conditioning and instead providing a fan that operates at a distance of about 10 cm.

Disliked: requested 4 pillows and they didn’t do it, pillows are rock solid, toilet leaks

Disliked: Room was unclean i had to wipe it down, bed very short im 5'11", very hot rooms with no air con and a fan wasn't available after we had asked twice for it. Very loud inside are out of the hotel stopping us from sleeping. Fitting and fixtures in the room were old and rusty.

Liked: The location was good. The overground is right there and there are good food spots. The staff, the guy was very helpful and nice!
Disliked: Some of the staff (w) is just rude for no reason. This is my 2nd time experiencing her aggression. Staying at Kip

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The bed was unclean and had bed bugs. I got a severe rash because of them. Also it was a windowless room which should be mentioned.
