Pretty cool hotel. Beware the drinks and food stashed in your room ($$$$), it looks very delicious at 3am after a show. Bathroom was great. The added sewing kit was particularly useful for me. The doorman was a little rude to me when a porter was helping me make a phone call (I'm deaf). That was my only complaint.

Liked: Literally around the corner from House of Blues. Could safely walk to and from concert venue in the cold weather.
Disliked: Who are all of the guys standing around in suits? Porters? It was kind of weird. It had a mob feel in a way.

Beware!!! You will be charged...

Disliked: Beware!!!!!!!I used booking.com to pay for the room up front, when I arrived they asked for a Credit card for 100 per night for incidentals, I complied and told I would be credit the full amount back to my card, That was a lie, I was charged for half and without an explanation!!I have tried reaching out to management to find out why I was charged the 149.00 dollars with no response or follow up email & phone call. Spoke with 2 different front desk agents and they could not understand the charges either. Please do not visit this hotel! You will be charged without any explanation!!!

Read the important information £100...

Liked: Bedrooms were a great size, breakfast was nice to have every morning and the location was walking distance from everything so it was ideal
Disliked: READ THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON BOOKING.COM. when booking this hotel We were charged $500 ($100 a night as a despoit). It’s a bit excessive and on check in we were told basically pay it or get out even though we had pre paid for our room. Wasn’t the best first impression after travelling and it being 4am our time with the time difference. It all got sorted in the end when it was paid but very unclear on booking.com and no compromise from the hotel. Booking.com were also no help to us on the phone, they also tried to speak to the person on the desk but they also had no luck.
