Pretty cool hotel. Beware the drinks and food stashed in your room ($$$$), it looks very delicious at 3am after a show. Bathroom was great. The added sewing kit was particularly useful for me. The doorman was a little rude to me when a porter was helping me make a phone call (I'm deaf). That was my only complaint.

Liked: Literally around the corner from House of Blues. Could safely walk to and from concert venue in the cold weather.
Disliked: Who are all of the guys standing around in suits? Porters? It was kind of weird. It had a mob feel in a way.

Another great stay at one...

Liked: Check in was quick and easy! The hotel provided a happy hour and breakfast which is a really nice bonus. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. And the location cannot be beat!

Exceptional

Liked: The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, theaters, and more! The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Although we didn't make it during our stay, there is a nightly reception from 5pm-7pm, with 2 drinks (beer, wine, or soda) included.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was absolutely wonderful! We've already booked our next trip back!!

Location was very good for...

Liked: Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There were several choices for breakfast, all do it yourself / self serve, was okay. Room decor very nice.
Disliked: The bed was not particularly comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. An extra blanket would have been nice too.
