Pretty cool hotel. Beware the drinks and food stashed in your room ($$$$), it looks very delicious at 3am after a show. Bathroom was great. The added sewing kit was particularly useful for me. The doorman was a little rude to me when a porter was helping me make a phone call (I'm deaf). That was my only complaint.

Liked: Literally around the corner from House of Blues. Could safely walk to and from concert venue in the cold weather.
Disliked: Who are all of the guys standing around in suits? Porters? It was kind of weird. It had a mob feel in a way.

Disliked: The shades in room 527 Le in too much light at night. The breakfasting have been better. The $25 per day facility fee. I dislike these junk fees.

Really enjoyed our week and...

Liked: Breakfast was great and we appreciated the early breakfast on the day of the Chicago Marathon. We weren’t expecting it but it was a lovely surprise.
Disliked: Not enough tables in the breakfast room although we did have the option to take a breakfast tray to our room - so not too much to complain about.

Delightful stay and cozy.

Liked: In the heart of the city. The room was nice and clean. If you walk around it’s easy to find your way back.

Great location and very big...

Liked: I liked that the room was spacious, a lot of counter space in the bathroom.
Disliked: The room was a little rundown. Especially unattractive are stains on the sofa, a bit of rust on the bathtub. The breakfast room was one of the saddest spaces I've seen - no window, no beauty, paper plates, like a poor college cafeteria. I wouldn't go there after my first morning.
