Pretty cool hotel. Beware the drinks and food stashed in your room ($$$$), it looks very delicious at 3am after a show. Bathroom was great. The added sewing kit was particularly useful for me. The doorman was a little rude to me when a porter was helping me make a phone call (I'm deaf). That was my only complaint.

Liked: Literally around the corner from House of Blues. Could safely walk to and from concert venue in the cold weather.
Disliked: Who are all of the guys standing around in suits? Porters? It was kind of weird. It had a mob feel in a way.

Disliked: The beds were hard as rocks, woke up each morning and could barely get out of bed, also could hear the street noise more than expected and that made it hard to sleep as well.

Disliked: Breakfast was not so good, breakfast room is small, service for breakfast was also poor No water in the rooms. Usually hotels will provide at least one water bottle per guest included /night.

Liked: Location is great, right across Trump tower. Staff incredibly polite, comfy bed.
Disliked: Breakfast should be avoided. Make it yourself waffle and toast and thats about it. Plastic utensils and plates, very very small room. Don't expect clasic breakfast like bread, ham, cheese, eggs...

Liked: Breakfast was great and my colleagues loved the happy hour in the evening. Location was A-mazing! Reception staff gave great restaurant recommendations...
Disliked: overall there was really nothing I didn't like.
