Would not recommend if you...

Liked: breakfast and the spa
Disliked: We were laced in the annex building, although we were not told about this when booking.We had a room with 2 single beds and both beds were very small and very lumpy so i ended up with a sore neck as a reulst and really painful lower back. Very uncomfortable overall and not great value for money at all.

Wonderful facility in an excellent...

Liked: Excellent staff, the room was fabulous and very comfortable. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the included breakfasts. Highly recommended.
Disliked: The door lock system took a little getting used to, but once we figured it out it was fine.

Overnight stay with spa use...

Liked: The hotel was very central. The kinnetles wellness centre was nice and private ,very clean .The only downfall was that the steam room was out of action.The staff in the wellness centre were lovely. Reception staff on arrival - the girl was very pleasant and very welcoming. The restaurant was shut for refurbishment .Great location and parking is close to the hotel .Pubs and restaurant all close by.
Disliked: The room was lovely and well equipped . Few cobwebs on one of the windows. Dust on the bathroom radiator which had our clean towels on it . All in all a great wee overnight stay .

Liked: Amazing staff, they made the trip with their brilliant hospitality and attentiveness.
Disliked: Nothing - it is a lovely hotel.

Very pleasant night stay.

Liked: Our room was very comfortable and spacious, especially the showers/baths. I particularly enjoyed the spa area. The hotel is right close to many St Andrews restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful.
