Spacious and lovely St. Andrews...

Liked: The front desk staff were very lovely! They were so welcoming and helpful when we were dealing with a delayed baggage situation. The breakfast was amazing! Our room was very spacious and we were so glad to have a fan.
Disliked: The only downside is that the breakfast area was often insanely warm on many mornings. One day, the staff had opened the windows, and it was pleasant. Just keep this in mind for your guests' comfort.

Disliked: No air con , no view from room ( room was called Balgove) , bathroom sink plug didn’t work, only one tiny shelf so all toiletries on floor , mirror light broken , breakfast terrible …..tinned fruit ,carton orange juice ,full Scottish breakfast cold as cooked earlier then placed under a warmer, only square white bread .Been to many hotels in St Andrews , all good except this one , and it’s so expensive.
