Nice play to stay in...

Liked: Calm & Spacious room. Common access to a big kitchen/living room. Coffee, milk, yogurt and porridge available. 10min walking to downtown.

Nice place, but everything administrative...

Liked: The property is clean, well-furnished, and nicely decorated in a perfect location downtown.
Disliked: All checkin is supposed to be online. Communication and instructions are very unclear. No valet appears when you pull up. There is a discount code for the lot across the street, which is pay by barcode scan, but you need to know to find a staff member inside the hotel to ask for this key code. And the access code to the hotel is only sent through a separate registration process that must be done electronically before arrival in response to text messages, and requires uploading ID photos and reconfirming credit cards. Multiple charges were placed on my card in addition to a deposit, again through the hotel and not Booking, and I have yet to receive an explanation for them.There are simpler, cleaner ways to deal with spending a night in a hotel. Next time, I'll use them.

Liked: The hotel is more like an Airbnb but BETTER! It was beautiful and spacious, and the rooms were extremely well appointed. The common area on each floor also had wonderful amenities to include a shared refrigerator, a high end espresso coffee machine and ice maker. Plenty of room to spread out and hang out the next time we visit. The property manager, Lola, was also SUPER nice and accommodating especially when there was a mixup with our booking. She immediately fixed the problem and made our stay even that more enjoyable. I will stay here next time I am in MKE.
Disliked: Zero complaints!
