A phenomenal, luxurious and convenient...

Liked: Loved the common areas — felt like I was at home. So cozy and inviting with a beautiful open concept area with large kitchen island, dining table, lounge, fireplace, TV, great selection of tea/coffee. Beautifully appointed and the rooms were incredible luxurious and cozy too. I can’t wait to come back!

Liked: The rooms had tall ceilings and felt large. Property was clean. Not having a desk staff is a bit weird and takes some getting used to. Everything is done through text message. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for an answer to your questions.

Wonderful but the staff especially...

Liked: The facilities and room was beautiful. The shared kitchen area was a treat! There were very few people on our floor so we felt we had the whole area to ourselves.
Disliked: The staff was friendly enough but the valet seemed unreasonably irritated with us at times. The manager seemed frustrated that we had trouble with the digital check in. A makeup mirror in the bathroom would have been nice.

Liked: Everything was clean, refreshing and gorgeous decor.
Disliked: The bed comfort. It was the only negative. It was firm and sloped to one side.
