Beautiful, funky, and the perfect...

Liked: The room was lovely, and the kitchen common area was well stocked and a great space
Disliked: The single only thing that was confusing was that online the Kinn indicates that there is a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant in the morning, but this is not the case. Sorella was not open in the morning. There was some yogurt and oatmeal in the common shared kitchen, which was perfect. I did eat at Sorella in the evening, and it was wonderful. The entire place is great. Maybe just clean up the online info.

Worth the price and great...

Liked: I love the bedrooms. So comfortable and beautiful.
Disliked: Loads of stairs which I didn’t realize and weren’t the best for bad hips. Also, we have stayed at the downtown Kinn as well, and the communal area at the Bay View locations lacks in comparison.

Liked: Beautiful concept, excellent location. Would stay here again for some urban crawling.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight, but I learned later that street parking is safe.

Awesome Stay -- still my...

Liked: This was my 2nd time staying at Kinns, but the 1st time at this location. Love the vibe, environment and theme. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, lots of stores in walking distance
Disliked: The parking! Both locations don't have much, but there was a festival and construction going on, so I often had to park down the street. Also this location doesn't have an elevator which made carrying my wheeled luggage up the stairs quite difficult and unexpected. BUT this won't stop me from staying here in the future I just know ahead of time.

Mixed feelings - REALLY want...

Liked: Great location, very clean, super comfortable bed, cool / unique modern decor and construction, tall ceilings, and we really liked the use of coded keypads instead of key cards and being able to check out on the door keypad rather than a front desk.
Disliked: SUPER thin walls with NO sound reduction between rooms or the hallway; Some women with a dog stayed nextdoor, and we could hear every single conversation and barking / dog nails scrabbling around on the wood floors as if they were all in our room with us. We felt like we had no privacy and had to be so quiet. Also, lighting in the bathroom was very poor, making it difficult and frustrating trying to do hair or makeup.

Liked: Property was in a good location
Disliked: The property did not have enough parking so we had to find street parking elsewhere which we did not know if it was safe to leave our vehicle. Additionally the towels were disgustingly dingy and should have never been left for guests. Finally the furniture design left a lot to be desired. I didn’t mind the small room but the lack of headboard made it difficult to comfortably watch tv or talk in bed and pillows constantly fell in the crevasse left between the bed and wall waking both of us up multiple times due to discomfort. We regularly stay at the downtown location which was sold out during our dates which is why we tried this location expecting a similar level of experience. It was far from it and we won’t be staying at this location again
