Spacious room and friendly staff

Liked: The room we booked was spacious and comfortable. The location was good: near to the beach and town centre for eating iut, takeaways or grabbing groceries at the Co-op nearby.

Disliked: Quite noisy outside at night, not the property’s fault and felt the bathroom could be modernised.

Disliked: Almost all . Not clean , no toilet paper, get different room than I booked

Two day break in Carnoustie

Liked: Love the place as good for dog walking and near to Arbroath to visit family. Hotel very doggie friendly.
Disliked: No breakfast available unless hotel is fully booked, although room was clean , litter in drawer hadn't been emptied

Horrific

Disliked: Heating 93 degrees / no effort to help
