Liked: Thank you to the very pleasant and helpful staff who made for a positive experience. It also seemed that the bed sheets were fresh and clean, and storing luggage for the day of check-out was affordable and appreciated!
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, could be improved. Perhaps more spaces to place or hang clothes in the bathroom would be useful for guests as well. While the main room and kitchen area were under construction during our stay, we hope all goes well with that exciting update!

Terrible hostel. Never again

Disliked: Their ad lies about the continental breakfast I paid for that was advertised. They also did not offer me any partial refund, remorse, or even apologize. If they had more than 4 or so outlets in the entire 30-something person dorm, would have been nice. But no, you have to awkwardly fight over them and charge your phone 20 feet away from your bed and hope someone with an early check out doesn't steal it on their way out. They had no common area. You are forced to sit in your bunk bed the entire stay. In the offer pictures, there was a kitchen that was supposed to at least serve coffee, toast, and cereal, and a common/social area. None of that was available during my entire four night stay. They didn't even have hot water for instant coffee or a vending machine. They have nothing. Not enough bathrooms for number of guests. Often clogged and leaking toilets that smelled terrible. Uncaring and rude staff. They did not care that I had payed for the breakfast even though I was friendly when inquiring about the absence of it. The manager and the two others behind the counter just eventually looked straight ahead silently until I walked away. I would have probably been okay if they at least apologized but they had a, "tough luck, buddy" attitude and I got nothing bud a horrible experience. Totally overpriced for how bad the place is, and yes, Dublin is expensive but they really don't care because they know they will find suckers to stay. Worst hostel experience for me by far and I have stayed in them all over the world. Shameless operation that needs to be avoided at all costs.

Liked: The beds are not as uncomfortable as the reviews say. There are curtains over each bed.
Disliked: Everything else. This place is way overpriced for what it is. Staff is unfriendly. Overall feels like a bad orphanage.
